TextSplit Pro is a free, browser-based utility that allows users to split text files (.txt, .csv, .log) into smaller parts by line count, character count, or a specified number of equal parts.

- To process or distribute files containing illegal content
- To violate any applicable local, national, or international law
- To attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service

Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TextSplit Pro and its operators. You retain full ownership of any files you process through the Service. We claim no intellectual property rights over your file content.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the Service will be error-free. We strongly recommend maintaining backups of all original files before using the Service.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TextSplit Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (which, as the Service is free, is zero).
Third-Party Services
TextSplit Pro integrates with: Google AdSense (advertising), Google Fonts (typography), and Cloudflare CDN (JSZip library delivery). We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, these third-party services. Your use of them is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
Advertising
TextSplit Pro is a free service supported by advertising via Google AdSense. By using the Service, you acknowledge that advertisements may be displayed. We do not endorse any advertised products or services unless explicitly stated.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Our failure to enforce any right will not be considered a waiver. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
